Refund Policy

Due to the digital and labor-intensive nature of our consulting services, our refund policy is strictly defined.

1. Non-Refundable Services Once a consulting document (blueprint, audit, or roadmap) has been delivered to you, or once a live consulting call has been completed, the service is considered fully rendered and is strictly non-refundable.

2. Eligible Refunds If you have purchased a service but we determine that we cannot fulfill it (e.g., your app requires a highly specific niche expertise outside our scope), we will notify you immediately and issue a full 100% refund to your original payment method.

If you are unsatisfied with a delivered service, please reach out to contact@appadvisors.site within 7 days of delivery. We are committed to client satisfaction and will work with you to clarify the deliverables or correct any objective errors on our part.
